This week we went to the "What's Cooking, Uncle Sam?" exhibit at the National Archives. The exhibit highlighted the evolution of American food products, nutrition, agriculture, and politics since the nation's founding. Let's just say, we should be thankful for regulations that stopped the production of a lot of food (read: coal-tar-based preserves). Afterwards, we walked to Teaism for some tea, gelato, and salty oat cookies, the most addicting food around.
